At The Country Florist, the safety and well-being of our staff and customers is paramount and with rising concern about the current COVID19 Coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to offer our customers some level of reassurance that we are following all guidelines set out by the government and WHO.
We wanted to keep you informed of our actions....
The Country Florist is currently supporting local funeral directors with their requirements.
The shop is now OPEN to any customers who have PRE-ORDERED by phone or Web Shop.
You are NOT able to wander around our site.
Our staff who are working will be following strict social distancing rules and we are restricting entrance into the shop.
Once you have placed your order we will contact you to say its ready. The order will then be placed in a collection area for you to collect.
You may order by phone or web shop ONLY.
We would ask for patience at this time due to small staff levels.
We are still running a delivery service.
Payment is either online or via the Telephone. You may now collect your orders in person.
NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

If you are self isolating, we can leave your plants in a specific location. Just add a note into the " special instructions" box when ordering.
